The base:
Mix the Oreos and add the melted butter. Mix again to obtain a paste.
Grease the mold and spread the Oreo paste in the bottom using a glass. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Prepare the caramel:
In a saucepan, place the sugar and glucose and make a dry caramel.
Let it heat until the caramel gets a nice amber color.
Boil the cream. Pour it over the caramel, being careful of splashes.
Mix.
Off the heat, add the butter and salt and mix again.
Add the peanuts to the caramel and pour everything over the tart base.
Let it cool.
Preparation of the chocolate ganache:
Heat the cream and pour it over the chocolate. Mix with a whisk until the chocolate is melted.
Add the butter and mix.
Pour the ganache over the caramel.
Let it crystallize at room temperature.
